Video Memorial Tribute

David Wayne Daugherty age 57, husband of Kay Daugherty Courtland, MS, died Monday afternoon in Batesville, MS.

A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, 8/2/12, at Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Daugherty will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Wells Funeral Home.

David was born on July 4, 1955 in Batesville, MS to David Ludurl & Marcia Fay Ware Daugherty. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for W.A. Sanders Construction Company out of Hernando, MS. He was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Batesville.

His survivors include his wife, Shirley Kay McCullar Daugherty of Courtland; his mother, Marcia Fay Wake Daugherty of Batesville; son, David "Dusty" Daniel Daugherty of Water Valley, MS and a brother, Bobby Ludurl Daugherty of Batesville, MS and one grandchild.
