Funeral services with Fireman's Honors will be 11:00 AM Friday, January 7, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Veterans Section of Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home. Mr. Belk was born November 30, 1934 in Munford, TN to the late Bonner & Mary Chapman Belk. He was a 35 year Veteran Captain Driver of the City of Memphis Fire Department and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of Ardmore Baptist Church in Memphis and the American Kennel Club. Mr. Belk is survived by his daughters, Adrianne Janice Belk Bullock of Sardis, MS; and Audrey Joan Belk Epps of Las Vegas, NV: brother, Barney Belk of Munford, TN; 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Fellow Fireman will serve as pallbearers.
