Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday 2/24/11 at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with Reverend Don Riley officiating. Interment will follow in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Forrest Hill Irene. Wells Funeral Home of Batesville, Ms. is in charge of complete arrangements. Visitation will be Wednesday 2/23/11 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel. Mrs. Stewart was born January 30, 1927 in Memphis, Tn. to Andrew Lee and Annie Ruby Cox Weatherly. Ruby was a 1945 graduate of Middleton High School where she played basketball. Mrs. Stewart was a Methodist in faith and was retired from Kelloggs with 26 years of service as a packer. She leaves a Daughter: Wanda Stewart Alexander- Germantown, Tn.; 2 Sons: Bob Stewart (Martha)- Memphis, Tn.; Danny Stewart (Carolyn)- Germantown, Tn.; 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
