Visitation will be held on Thursday, 9/22/11, at Wells Funeral Home from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Graveside Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Longtown Cemetery, Crenshaw, MS. Ms. Simmons was born to William Reatus & Bertha Naomi Goodwin Glover on July 5, 1939. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Sledge, MS. Survivors include, 2 daughters, Kimberly Simmons Noe (John) of Tupelo, MS, Rhonda Simmons of Red Bay, AL, 3 brothers, Gerald Glover of Moulton, AL, Donnie Glover of Red Bay, AL, and Ricky Glover of Huntsville, AL, 2 grandchildren, John Simmons Noe and Zade Charlson Simmons. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, William Reatus & Bertha Naomi Goodwin Glover and 2 brothers, Jesse "Wimpy" Glover and William "Bug Fuzz" Glover.
