Sherry Lynn Shivers

Sherry Lynn Shivers, age 50, died Tuesday morning, 12/25/12, at Northwest Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale, MS. A funeral service for Sherry will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, in Wells Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Warren officiating. Interment will follow in Marks Cemetery, Marks, MS. Visitation will also be Friday, from 12:30 until service time at Wells Funeral Home. Sherry was born to Dona M. Hawkins & Loy P. Shivers in Lambert, MS on December 30, 1961. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her sister, Carol Roper of Marks, MS, 2 brothers, Chester Paul Shivers (Agnes) of Batesville, MS and Ronald Weaver Shivers of Vardaman, MS; step-father, Otis Ray Sorrells of Marks, MS along with a host of nieces and nephews. Miss Shivers was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Miriam G. Bentley and one brother, Timothy D. Shivers.
