Funeral Services are 10:00 A.M. Saturday August 16, 2008 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation Friday August 15, 2008 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Wells Funeral Home. Mrs. Dees was born December 22, 1932 to the late John Aubrey Burroughs and Daisey Violet McLellan in Halls, TN. She was a member of Tocowa Baptist Church. Mrs. Dees is survived by her husband Robert E. Dees of Courtland, MS; Daughter Susan Dees Messer of Courtland, MS; sons Doug Dees of Cedar Rapids, IA and Dennis P. Dees of Arlington, TN; sister Hazel Burroughs Brown of Forth Worth, TX; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
