Wallace Alton Duffee, age 89, widower of Elizabeth Draper Duffee, passed away Monday evening, November 23, 2009 at Tri-Lakes Medical Center of Batesville, MS.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday 11/25/2009 at Wells Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery Mid-Town in Memphis, Tennessee.Mr. Duffee was born December 5, 1919 to Edward A. and Mamie Taylor Duffee. He was a retired mechanic with Otis Elevator Company with 40 years of service. Mr. Duffe was a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Army.He is survived by one Daughter; Cheryl Duffee Fulbright- Oxford, Ms. and one granddaughter.Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral serices, 10:00 to 11:00 am at Wells Funeral Home
