Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Wells Funeral Home with interment to follow in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 am until time of service at Wells Funeral Home. Mrs. Skalany was born in Guntown, MS to the late Marion "Spike" Eugene Presley and Hazel Presley Baldwin. She was a member of Harrisburg Baptist Church in Harrisburg, IL and was an Eastern Star. She loved to read, garden, work cross word puzzles and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents: her first husband, Alton Kennedy: her second husband, John Skalany: granddaughter, Christina Marie Ewan: several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Kay Kennedy White (Stan) of Glenwood, IL; and Belinda J. Kennedy Parrinello of Silex, MO; 3 Grandchildren, Jennifer White Goehrig, Russell Allen White & Lee "Geno" Ewan; 3 Great Grandchildren; sisters, Annie Pearl Callahan, Dean Brown, Estellene Gordon, Lorraine Hicks, Nellie Haggermaker, Louise Goering; brothers, Herman Presley, Thomas Leon Baldwin, & Ocie Baldwin.
