Allison Dawn Moses, age 21, passed away Sunday morning, May 3, 2026.
Funeral services for Allison will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville, Mississippi. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Allison was born on September 5, 2004, in Oxford, Mississippi. She was full of life and laughter, a young woman who truly loved life and cherished every moment.
A 2024 graduate of South Panola High School, Allison was most excited about her role as a mother to her precious three-month-old daughter, Everly Reene Spencer. She treasured being at home to raise her little one, pouring all her love and care into nurturing her growing family. Beyond motherhood, Allison delighted in fishing and shopping, and she possessed a special knack for cooking and baking, activities through which she expressed her creativity and warmth.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Lonnie Spencer of Pope, Mississippi and their daughter, Everly; her loving mother, Janet Moses of Pope, Mississippi; and her father, Jonathan Moses of Bruce, Mississippi. She also leaves behind one brother, Jacob Moses of Pope, Mississippi, and her maternal grandmother, Brenda Goodwin of Pope, Mississippi.
Allison also leaves behind her loving aunts, Pam Goodwin and Lisa Sumrall; her cousins who will miss her dearly—Cameron Goodwin (and Caitlynne) with their child Nathan, Chloe Morgan, Cheyenne Morgan, Benjamin Sumrall, Drew Sumrall, and Joshua Sumrall; and her sister-in-law, who was more like a bonus sister, Sabrina Spencer.
Her beloved fur-baby, Ace, also holds a special place in the family’s memories of Allison.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Albert Goodwin, and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Moses.
