Bobby was born January 24, 1948 to the late Paul Walton Hopper and Hattie Marie McGee Hopper in Memphis, TN. He worked in construction during his lifetime.
Survivors include his son, John Paul Hopper of Crowder; daughters, Stephanie Anthony of Greenville and Vanessa Perkins of Hollandale; brother, Jerry Hopper of Pope; and 3 grandchildren.
