In Loving Memory of Baby Brooks 

Carter Brooks Lukacs, infant son of Susana Soto Lukacs and Casey Lukacs, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, December 27, 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville, Mississippi for family and close friends. 

Baby Brooks precious memory will forever cherished by his loving parents, Casey and Susana Lukacs of Batesville, MS; his maternal grandparents, Julia and Jorge Soto of Batesville, MS; his paternal grandmother, Misty Leach (John Michael) of Courtland, MS; his paternal grandfather, Michael Joseph Lukacs of Courtland, MS; his uncle, Jorge Soto of Batesville, MS; and a host of aunts, Lupe Soto of Batesville, MS, Leslie Soto of Batesville, MS, Madison Lukacs Smith of Fulton, MS, Kristin Soto of Batesville, MS, Abigail Soto of Batesville, MS, and Magen Lukacs Grimes of Leland, MS.

Though his time with us was heartbreakingly short, he fought valiantly until the very end, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the honor of knowing him. Baby Brooks will be forever missed and never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials may be sent to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
