Chad Deaton Smith, age 50, passed away Friday, August 14, 2026, at his home in Prattville, AL.
A celebration of his life will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Batesville, MS. A time of visitation will be Tuesday evening, August 18, 2026, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. and also one hour prior to the service one Wednesday at Wells Funeral Home.
