Charles W. Slaughter, age 89, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 at his home in Sardis, Mississippi.

Funeral services for Charles will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Forrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
