Cheryl Still Singleton

Cheryl Still Singleton, age 61, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026 at Grenada Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Grenada, Mississippi.

Cheryl was born on July 16, 1964 to the late Hulet Welsey Still and Martha Lou McMinn Still in Batesville, MS. She dedicated much of her life to the compassionate care of others, working as a nurse's aide at a dialysis center.

Cheryl’s passion extended beyond her career; she found joy and relaxation in coloring and was affectionately known as a “movie buff,” always eager to share her favorite films with friends and family. These hobbies reflected her vibrant personality and her ability to find beauty and comfort in everyday moments.

She is survived by her loving family: three sons, Cole Singleton and his wife Misty of Batesville, Mississippi, Matthew Singleton of Grenada, Mississippi, and Connor Singleton of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Cheryl also leaves behind her granddaughter, Phoebe Singleton.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Darryl Wesley Still-Griffin.

The family of Cheryl will be having a private service at a later date.
