Danny Rogers Dew, age 79, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS.
A celebration of Danny's life will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 20, 2026, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the family receiving friends beginning at 9:00 A.M. The interment will follow at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville, MS
Danny was born December 27, 1946 in Marks, MS to the late Webb and Ora B. Dew. He was a longtime service attendant for Simmerman's BP Service Station in Sardis, MS. Danny was a faithful member of Hebron Baptist Church in Sardis, MS. He was a hard worker that loved and cared for his family.
Danny leaves behind his wife, Marilyn Taylor Dew of Sardis, MS; one sister Gloria Jean Dew Still of New Albany, MS, one brother, Wayne Dew of Saltillo, MS; two nephews, Russell Cody Taylor of Sardis, MS and Larry Jennings Dew of Shannon, MS.
