Ginger Holley Pitcock

Ginger Holley Pitcock, 81, passed peacefully to her Heavenly Home on March 28, 2026 surrounded by her family in Auburn, AL.

A graveside service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Pope, MS.

She was born in Memphis, TN on June 25, 1944, to William H. and Vida Holley. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Zane and Perry Holley, her son Toby Shane Pitcock, and her grandson Hayden Pitcock.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Carey Pitcock, her son Russ (Jennifer) Pitcock, grandson Tate Pitcock, granddaughter Kenna Pitcock and great-granddaughter Reese Pitcock and her sister Bertha Dollar (JW) and other extended family.

Ginger was a devoted wife and mother and retired from a position at Walmart in Arab, AL. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and reading. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and family. She loved the Lord and was a good friend to many.

The family would like to thank the staff at her residence at Magnolia Place in Auburn, AL and Chattahoochee Valley Hospice for the excellent care they provided to her in her final days.
