Glenn Alan Vestal

Glenn Alan Vestal, age 59, passed away on September 16, 2026, at his residence in Sardis, Mississippi. He was born on April 30, 1967, in California to the late E.W. and Annie Lee Vestal.

A memorial service to remember and celebrate Glenn’s life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Glenn built his career as an auto mechanic, a line of work that suited both his skill and his genuine love for working with his hands. He especially enjoyed working on trucks and even side-by-sides, and those who knew him understood the satisfaction he found in that work.

Outside of work, Glenn found happiness in simple pleasures. He loved being outdoors, whether he was fishing or mowing his grass. He also held a special place in his heart for his beloved fur-baby, Sofie, who brought him much companionship and joy.

Glenn will be remembered by his children, Jennifer Splawn (Damian) of Sardis, MS, Kasey Vestal of Sardis, MS, James Flores Burkett of Missouri, Buck Osborn of Sardis, MS, and Dustin Osborn (Jessica) of Batesville, MS; and 5 grandchildren. He also leaves behind two siblings, Barbara Fleetwood Vestal of Ruleville, MS, and Wayne Vestal of Cleveland, MS.
