Melvin William Strough, III

Melvin William Strough, III passed away at the age of 62 on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at his home in Batesville, MS. Melvin was the widower of Pamela Strough. 

Born January 28, 1959, one of two children, to the late Melvin William Strough, Jr. and Shirley Ann Overby Strough in Brandon, MS. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Melvin enjoyed fishing, automobiles and watching Western movies. Most of all, Melvin loved spending time with his family. 

Melvin is survived by one son, Josh Walton (Jackie) of Batesville; one sister, Kelly Strough of Batesville; two precious grandchildren, Makenzie and Haylie Walton. 

The family will hold a private memorial service for Mr. Strough.
