Naomi Christene “Tina” Brooks DeLoach, age 82, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at her home in Sardis, MS surrounded by her family.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS on Saturday, September 6, 2025 for visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 5:15 pm at Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Carrollton, MS; Jefferson County.
Tina was born on May 8, 1943 in Eudora, Arkansas to the late Robert Brooks and Dorothy Bowers Brooks of Arkansas.
Tina was employed by Custom Signs Company, Graves Oil, and Mansell Oil. Beyond her career, she found joy in various hobbies that included word searches, crime documentaries, game shows, fishing, gardening, yard sales, cooking for her family, and fixing anything that broke.
Along with her parents, Robert and Dorothy Brooks, she was welcomed into the heavenly kingdom of God by her husband of 58 years, Gary Wilson DeLoach, five sisters and one brother.
The family she leaves behind to cherish her precious memory include three daughters and one son: Pam Stevens (Chuck) of Sardis, MS; Yvonne Keen (Lacey) of Pope, MS; Gwyn Ford (Brian) of Jonesboro, AR; and Gary Waymon DeLoach (Tina) of Sardis, MS: 1 brother; Paul Brooks of Hamburg, AR.
6 grandchildren; Elizabeth Nicole Marchant (Josh), Candice Brooke Keen, Andrea Leigh Ferguson, Lauren Michelle Ferguson, Hannah McKay DeLoach Griffin (Gehrig), and Garret Wilson DeLoach.
10 great-grandchildren; Shauna Leigh Whitney-Ferguson, Hailey Michelle Whitney, Kristen Grace Shinault, Shay Naomi Shinault, Claire Abigail Shinault, Gabriel Andrew Ferguson, Khloe Jane McCullar, Gradyn Brooke McCullar, Mya Kailynn Gonzalez, and Isabelle Gray DeLoach.
1 great-great grandchild; Hayes Lane Hudson.
The family of Tina would like the thank Gentiva Hospice of Batesville, MS for their special care and dedication to meeting her every need.
Tina’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, as they remember her for her warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family and her Lord Jesus Christ. May she rest and rejoice in Heaven. As a mom and a “Granny,” you will be missed.
