Ruth Ann Downs Talbert, age 75, passed away at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford on March 28, 2019. Ruth was the widow of James B. Talbert.
Ruth was born May 21, 1943 to the late Estelle Hawkins and Frank Downs in Silver, MS. She was an accountant during her lifetime, and she enjoyed gardening in her spare time. She is survived by her son, Jon Warren of Lyles, TN, and three grandchildren.
