Sheila was born on February 22, 1974, in Perry, Oklahoma. She earned her associates in cosmetology and eventually took on a role as an instructor at the Arizona Academy of Beauty. A woman of many interests, Sheila had a profound love for music, particularly Rock and Christian music, and she delighted in attending concerts. She also enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake, where she created lasting memories with her loved ones. While living in Batesville, she attended Calvary Baptist Church, where her faith flourished.
Along with her two children and her grandchildren, Sheila is survived by her siblings—Stephanie Slavens of Joplin, MO; Harley Harmon of Enid, OK; and Ryan Lee Harmon—as well as her adoptive foster parents, Kevin and Sue Stanley of Perry, OK. She was further surrounded by the loving presence of her paternal grandparents, Coy “Buddy” and Janet Harmon, and her maternal grandmother, Carlene Campbell of Edmond, OK.
