Shirley Rose Dover

Shirley Rose Dover, age 87, passed away Monday, October 26, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford, MS.

A memorial graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Union Cemetery in Sardis, MS.

Shirley was born December 21, 1938 in Panola County, MS to the late Harvey and Della Mae Redd Carlisle.

She was a homemaker and member of Union Baptist Church in Sardis, MS.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Ruell T. Dover.

She leaves behind her nieces, Kayla Corbett of Batesville, MS, Amanda Grant of TN, Sara Carlisle of Olive Branch, MS and two great-nieces, Brooklyn and Ava Grace Corbett both of Senatobia, MS.
